("VIQ Solutions" or the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:VQS) announces that effective February 1, 2015, and as previously announced, David Outhwaite will retire as Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and Sebastian Paré will become the Corporation's President and Chief Executive Officer. Also effective that date, Mr. Outhwaite shall serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Mr. Paré shall become a director of the Corporation.
