Madison Logic founder and CEO Erik Matlick will lead the new company as CEO. Assuming the role of CEO for Madison Logic is industry veteran Tom O'Regan. O'Regan most recently served as president and chief revenue officer for Martini Media and Senior Vice President of advertising sales at TheStreet. Mr. Matlick will serve as the Chairman of the Board for both companies.
