(TSX:SJR.B)(NYSE:SJR) ("Shaw") announced today that its Board of Directors has declared monthly dividends of $0.091667 on the Class B Non-Voting Participating Shares and $0.091458 on the Class A Participating Shares, payable on each of December 30, 2014 and January 29 and February 26, 2015 to holders of record at the close of business on December 15, 2014 and January 15 and February 13, 2015, respectively.
